He talks about the “Kissing Day” event, which Elena organized at the State Duma of the Russian Federation in 2012 during the first hearings of the law on combating “gay propaganda” among minors. In total, Russian LGBTQ activists held four protests near the State Duma. In June 2013, the law on “gay propaganda” was adopted by a majority vote.
